About Us -Located in Hari Nagar, West Delhi, We are a private practice of outpatient physical therapy servicing the needs of clients in the capital region for over 8 years. We are committed to providing our patients with one on one care and personalised recovery programs designed to improve your functional limitations.
Our goals are to provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs that empower our patients to heal, regain their independence with ADLs, prevent disability and promote wellness through excellence in patient care, community education and promote wellness.
We are specialized in treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, vertigo, women's health issues, orthopedic conditions, osteoporosis, headache and Temporomandibular joint dysfunctions. We use a combination of hands on manual therapy techniques in conjunction with progressive exercise therapy, specific soft tissue and neural mobilization, IASTM, taping techniques and myofascial release. Also in some instances we use electrotherapy modalities like Laser, SWD, IFT, TENS, Ultrasound, Muscle stimulator, Wax Bath, Hot Pack and Cold Pack which can be used as an adjunct to treatment or as a course of treatment on its own usually for pain relief.
